Quakes and fakes – The Panda’s Thumb.

I would expect a quick evaluation of the future operation of any power plant after a 0.3g earthquake.  These are not normal operating conditions for any power system, building, or other commercial structure.

Of course, I am not an expert on Japanese power plant design standards.

This is really, really cool to see.  You really need to see it in real life, and up close to appreciate it.
